To keep your Barucci trousers, jackets, coats, and suits looking their best, we suggest dry cleaning only when truly necessary—once or twice a season is usually sufficient, depending on use. For day-to-day care, a clothes brush is perfect for removing surface dust, while a damp cotton cloth can help with minor stains. Storing your garments on appropriate hangers and keeping them in a well-ventilated space between wears will greatly preserve their quality.

Once you've placed your order with us, delivery is swift and reliable. For UK customers, orders typically arrive within 2-5 working days, while international deliveries take 5-10 working days. Orders placed before 1 pm on a working day are eligible for next-day delivery within the UK.

You may return most new, unopened, or unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of us receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Made-to-Measure and Made-to-Order garments take approximately 6-8 weeks to be crafted and dispatched on standard production and 4-5 weeks on express.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for Made -to-Measure and made-to-order garments, personalized items, or bespoke accessories.
